Have you ever injured yourself trying to “get fit”? I know I have…I was doing sprints on the carpet one day (I get really good hoof traction on carpet) but I forgot to slow down and BAM! Right into the wall. Snout first. If you’re anything like me you don’t enjoy suffering from an injury so my friends at CrossFit Rove coach you to lift weights and do movements with good technique and form. That means more time and energy to play because you won’t be nursing an injury. I like the sounds of that! Pretty sure they need to teach me how to slow down. OMRO!
