Jr. Rove Kid’s Program & 8.12.13 WOD

The Jr. Rove Kid’s Program starts back up the first week of September

*5 – 9 years old: Mondays & Wednesdays, 3:45-4:30pm (begins September 4th)

*10 – 14 years old: Tuesdays & Thursdays. 3:45-4:30pm (begins September 5th)

45 minute classes, $30.00/month per child or $5 for a single drop-in class

Jr. Rove Kid’s Program: Make Fitness Fun! Our classes include elements of gymnastics, weight lifting, body weight movements, running, jump roping, and more. The Jr. Rove Kid’s Program teaches 10 general physical skills. These skills are the base for any sport or discipline your child may pursue. In addition to learning new skills, you will notice your child making better food choices, is more focused in school, transitions to new sports more easily, and has a reduced risk of sport-related injury. The Jr. Rove Kid’s Program not only makes children stronger, faster and full of endurance, it enhances cognitive ability, sets expectations of them and allows them to formulate their own self-expectations, encourages fair play and gives them drive and focus, all while having fun with peers.
