Warm-Up:  10min EMOM

Odd:  10 Supermans

Even:  10 Hollow Rocks

SWOD:  Strict Press, 5-4-3-2-1

WOD:  6min AMRAP

3 KB Swings

3 Plyo Push-ups

6 KB Swings

6 Plyo Push-ups

9 KB Swings

9 Plyo Push-ups

Continue in an ascending pattern (add 3 reps each round) until time is up
