Kevin Ogar & 1.13.14 WOD

Kevin Ogar, a coach at CrossFit Unbroken and member of the greater CrossFit community, suffered a separated T11/12 and severed his spinal cord during a competition this past week. At this time he has no voluntary movement below his waist.
